The WOOSH-it Journey

Through working on woosh-it, it has led me to find many opportunities in life. I believed that God has always had something planned for me which gave me joy, hope and peace each day. There were no longer days where I felt stressed and worried about my life because now I have cast all my fears and cares to him so he can take charge of my life and direct me in every step I take in my journey with him.

God always lets you have the freedom to choose what you want to do in life because he gives you the flexibility to choose the things we enjoy doing, but we need to ask him whether it is in aligning with what he wants for us in our lives. So even thought that what looks like a detour may actually be a new road to blessing.

The journeys that we take in life,

Though unexpected they may be,

If we commit to follow Chirist,

His work through us the world will see.

There are so many times where the Lord has called upon me to bless those that are lost and in need. This is the purpose for of us in life but we do not know that. What ever we may enjoy doing or the interests we have might not be the same as everyone else but the main purpose in life is the same. The main purpose is to live for Christ and spread the gospel in order to save the lost. It doesn’t matter what we do to serve the Lord but the bottom line is to have the Lord encourage others through us as we speak his work and trust in him.

My prayer to God- from Phillipians 1:9-11 and 14

And this is my prayer: that your love may abound me more and more in knowledge and depth of insight. So that you may be able to discern what is best and pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ – to be the glory and praise of God.

No matter how we serve the lord’s purpose in life, we all have been encouraged to speak the work of God more courageously and fearlessly as it says in verse 14. So no matter what we do to serve the lord, the purpose that God has given to each one of us does not change at all.

In Verse 15- it says that its true to preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of good will. So therefore we shouldn’t be preaching the gospel for their self ambition due to our own desires rather than God’s desires.

I have realized that my general interest is making connections with people in order build good relationships. I have noticed that through out my life, God has been blessed me with a network of good supportive friends around me without me realizing or not. I believed that everywhere I go there was always someone that cared for me. In fact this actually inspired me to give back love and care to others because I know this is what God would us want to do, he wants us to care for our neighbors just like how he cares for us all the time, even for those that yet don’t know him. There are so many lonely and depressed people out there in  society today because they don’t know who God is. So without showing them love and care for them it is impossible for them to see Christ through us and let them believe that God is real.

For me to care more about people around me, God has called me to reach out to people that are in need and help them find their purpose of life through giving them an opportunity to know the Lord Jesus Christ. The way that God wants me to do this is through WOOSH-IT.

WOOSH is an interactive blog which myself and an ex- work colleague of mine have created in 2007. WOOSH engages with people, inspires once we have connected with them,encourages them to act on their dream goals and to fulfill their purpose in life in order to be empowered and have ability to empower others. Unlike any other social websites like face book, twitter, my space and other blogs, WOOSH-it helps people to find their purpose in life and change the way you think in order to have a balanced and happy life-style.

So I believe using WOOSH-it to help as many people as I can would be my purpose in life now. I am sure with God’s guidance, WOOSH-it will give me plenty of opportunities in the future because if its God’s will I shall be prosper. Just like it says in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

So what is your purpose in life? Find out what you like enjoy doing and pray to

to God to see whether its part of his will and your purpose in your life. Remember no matter what you choose to do in your life, God’s purpose in your life does not change so therefore fulfill God’s will by choosing what you enjoy doing providing that it pleases God’s and makes him happy without breaking his commandments.
